The Cork Board Method

I have a 2x3 cork board and on index cards Im putting the things i practice, the idea is to have a visual representation of the things i shed from day to day. On Monday, if i shed major scales in broken thirds as part of my warm up, then i put the index card under MONDAY. when i shed it again on TUESDAY i move the card over to that part of the board. this way you can evaluate the stuff you do within a week.

You can see what gets done over and over again, or every other day or only twice a week
and if somethings not getting done it goes off the board
